About the event
FLAVA will deliver a structured and supervised cooking workshop designed to promote food education, confidence in the kitchen, and positive connection through shared meal preparation. The session will include a safety briefing at the start, followed by guided practical cooking activities in a controlled kitchen environment. All high-risk equipment and heat sources will be managed appropriately based on the age and ability of participants. The session aims to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging experience for all attendees.
